Tuesday was a trip to the Museum of Science and Industry in Tampa. It was exhausting but also a lot of fun!
Wednesday we tried out our new schedule for the first time. We didn't get through everything, but we still got a lot of good school done. The next day we had check-ups for Elisabeth and Adam, which we had to follow up with a trip to Mcdonalds. Finally on Friday we got another chance to try out our new schedule.
Week 2 may have had less in the way of field trips but it had more activities. The kids were already doing gymnastics every week (Libby 3 times a week). But now we've added Homeschool Chorus and Ballet on Mondays, Piano and Libby's Symphony Chorus on Tuesdays, and Violin after Gym on Wednesdays. Thursdays are crazy because we have a whole lineup of activities at the Coopers; including Ballroom Dance and Sign Language. Friday is just Libby's gymnastics.
Sarah had her check up and shots on Monday and she had a pretty bad reaction to one of them; so Thursday we were back at the doc getting that checked out. Next we have to take Elisabeth to a specialist because her Scoliosis check up didn't look quite right. This is a whole lot of doctor after almost two years of not seeing one. I'm so glad we're past the stage of having ear infections every few months. Maybe living in Florida had something to do with that. I haven't had Sinus infections since we moved here either. Hooray for humidity, and warm winters!
Well, that was a lot of info, hope it wasn't too boring, I'm just hoping to get down the details for me to remember in the years to come. There are more photo's and even some video of these activities on my FaceBook account.
